摘要
目的探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎围术期护理的措施。方法以我院收治的70例慢性化脓性中耳炎手术治疗患者为研究对象，对患者围术期护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者一次手术治愈68例，有2例患者经二次手术后治愈，患者护理前后0．5、1．0、2．0、4．0 kHz纯音听阈降低，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采取有效的围术期护理干预可提高手术成功率、减少并发症、改善患者听力。
Objective To study and explore nursing perioperative period interventions for the patients with chronic suppurative oti -tis media.Methods A total of 70 cases of surgical treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media patients in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were treated for the study , patients with perioperative nursing situations were analyzed retrospectively.Results The first 70 pa-tients were cured 68 cases, 2 patients were cured after the second surgery , before and after patient care 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 kHz pure tone audiometry lowered statistically significantly （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .Conclusions Taking effective perioperative nursing intervention can effectively improve the success rate of surgery , reduce complications and improve patient hearing.
