摘要
我国的装配式建筑发展已持续近70年,虽然已形成相对较为成熟的技术体系,但相比发达国家仍有较大差距,主要体现在现场施工与管理制度方面仍存在弊端,因此对装配式建筑的施工过程进行有效监控是非常有必要的。该文对装配式建筑的结构体系进行了简要介绍,并从监理角度出发,阐述了装配式建筑在预制构件生产、运输以及现场吊装的施工全过程监控要点,并着重论述了关键工序环节的监控技术,主要包括钢筋定位、套筒灌浆以及节点施工等,所形成的监理视角下的装配式建筑监控技术可为同行人员提供借鉴与实际指导。
The development of prefabricated buildings in China has lasted for nearly 70 years.Although there is a relatively mature technical system,there is still a great gap compared with developed countries,and there are still shortcomings in the field construction and management system.Therefore,it is very necessary to effectively monitor and control the construction process of prefabricated building.This paper briefly introduces the structural system of prefabricated buildings,expounds the key points of monitoring the whole construction process of prefabricated buildings in the production,transportation and on-site hoisting of prefabricated components from the perspective of supervision,and focuses on the monitoring technology of key process links,mainly including reinforcement positioning,sleeve grouting and node construction,The prefabricated building monitoring technology formed from the supervision perspective can provide reference and practical guidance for colleagues.
