摘要
目的通过对CT设备质量控制检测指标的设置,对质量控制检测结果进行分析,为CT设备的质量控制方面提供可靠依据和保障。方法该研究对2019年4月至2020年4月期间医院内正常投入使用的CT设备进行质量控制检测,分析设备均匀性、噪声、水CT值、空间分辨率、低对比度分辨率,结合当下CT设备质量控制的现状提出建议,以期能够在CT设备质量控质工作方面提供参考意见,研究单位CT设备质量控制标准后结合本地区实际情况制定《CT设备质量控制检测记录表》,并通过现场检测收集相关数据。结果保养前在均匀性、CT值、层厚、空间分辨率检测中参与检测的9台设备均符合检测标准,合格率为100.00%,噪声方面,参与检测的9台设备有7台符合检测标准,合格率为77.78%,低对比度分辨率方面,参与检测的9台设备中有8台符合检测标准,合格率为88.89%,保养后,参与检测的9台设备均符合检测标准,合格率为100.00%,结论医院应加强对CT设备质量的控制应用工作,定期对CT设备开展质量检测以保障CT设备运转正常。
Objective To provide reliable basis and guarantee for the quality control of CT equipment by setting the quality control and detection index of CT equipment and analyzing the quality control and detection results.Methods This study conducted quality control tests on CT equipment normally put into use in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020,analyzed equipment uniformity,noise,water CT value,spatial resolution and low contrast resolution,and put forward suggestions based on the current situation of CT equipment quality control,with a view to providing reference opinions on CT equipment quality control,After studying the CT equipment quality control standards,the research unit formulated the CT equipment quality control inspection record form in combination with the actual situation of the region,and collected relevant data through on-site inspection.Result Before the maintenance,the 9 equipment participating in the testing of uniformity,CT value,layer thickness and spatial resolution met the testing standards,with a pass rate of 100.00%.In terms of noise,7 of the 9 equipment participating in the testing met the testing standards,with a pass rate of 77.78%.In terms of low contrast resolution,8 of the 9equipment participating in the testing met the testing standards,with a pass rate of 88.89%.After the maintenance,the 9 equipment participating in the testing met the testing standards,The qualified rate was 100.00%.Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the quality control and application of CT equipment,and regularly carry out quality inspection of CT equipment to ensure the normal operation of CT equipment.
