南京市4209例放射工作人员甲状腺功能结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of thyroid function in 4 029 radiation workers in Nanjing City

摘要 目的 了解南京市放射工作人员的甲状腺功能,为放射管理工作提供科学依据。方法 以南京市2020年5月—2021年8月参加放射健康体检从事放射工作的4 209例在岗人员以及同时期从事非放射工作的140例健康人员为研究对象,采用化学发光免疫测定法,检测其血清中甲状腺素(T_(4))、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(3))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))和游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))含量并进行统计分析。结果 放射组的T_(3)、FT_(3)和FT_(4)含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工业组放射工作人员的T_(3)、FT_(3)和FT_(4)含量均高于医用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着工龄的增长,放射工作人员的T_(3)和FT_(3)含量呈降低趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性放射工作人员的T_(3)、FT_(3)和FT_(4)均高于女性,TSH含量低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 放射工作人员因长期低剂量接触电离辐射,甲状腺功能可能受到了损伤,工作中要加强甲状腺部位的防护,尤其是男性放射工作人员。 Objective The present studying is to investigate the thyroid function of occupational population in Nanjing City,so as to provide scientific basis for the radiation management.Methods The radiation group is consisted of 4 029 persons engaged in radiation work in Nanjing City from May 2020 to August 2021,and the control group is consisted of 140 healthy adults with non-radiation exposure in the same period.Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to analyze the thyroxine(T_(4)),three triiodothyronine(T_(3)),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),three free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)) and free thyroxine(FT_(4)) level in serum,and statistical analysis was performed.Results The serum level of T_(3),FT_(3) and FT_(4) in radiation group were higher than those in control group,there was statistical significance on the differences(P< 0.05).The serum level of T_(3),FT_(3) and FT_(4) in industrial radiation workers was significantly higher than the medical staff.With the increase of service period,the T_(3) and FT_(3)contents of radiation workers showed a decreasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The level of T_(3),FT_(3) and FT_(4) of male radiation workers was higher than that of women,and the TSH content was lower than that of women,with the differences statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Long term exposure to low-dose ionizing radiation properly has caused damage to the thyroid of radiation workers.It is necessary to strengthen the protection of thyroid parts during work,especially for male radiologist.
