摘要
目的探究对高血压心脏病应用心脏彩超及心电图诊断的临床意义。方法随机抽取148例高血压心脏病的患者纳入研究范围,均于2017年12月至2019年12月入我院接受诊治,采用随机数表法进行分组,分别采用心脏彩超检查(试验组,n=74)及心电图检查(对照组,n=74)进行诊断,并纳入同期体检的74名健康人员进行研究,分析诊断效果。结果试验组诊断的准确率显著高于对照组,试验组及对照组诊断患者的左心房内径、左心房内径与主动脉根内径的比值及左心室射血分数均与健康人群差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用心脏彩超及心电图对高血压心脏病病症进行诊断,均能够明确患者病情,诊断准确率较高,且心脏彩超应用效果更优,诊断价值更好。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods A total of 148 patients with hypertension and heart disease were randomly selected to be included in the experimental study.They were all admitted to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from December 2017 to December 2019.They were divided into groups by equal number random method.They were diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography(experimental group,74 cases)and electrocardiography(control group,74 cases)respectively.Seventy-four healthy persons who were included in the physical examination of the same period were included in the study,analysis and diagnosis breaking effect.Results The accuracy of diagnosis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the left atrial diameter,the ratio of the left atrial diameter to the aortic root diameter,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),compared with the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram to diagnose hypertensive heart disease can both clarify the patient's condition,the diagnosis accuracy rate is high,and the application effect of color Doppler ultrasonography is better,and the diagnostic value is better.
