摘要
目的:评价稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律失常患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1-12月广东省东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的100例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,经抽签法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组不良反应发生率、治疗效果、血液流变学指标、心律失常情况、心绞痛情况。结果:两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血浆比黏度、低切黏度、高切黏度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组短阵室性心动过速、室性早搏、心绞痛发生次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予冠心病心律失常患者胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗,能够促进患者恢复,显著改善患者血液流变学指标、心律失常及心绞痛的情况,同时安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Wenxin Granule combined with amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,100 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who were admitted to Binhai Bay Central Hospital of Dongguan City were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenxin Granules on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effect,hemorheological indexes,arrhythmia and angina pectoris were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hematocrit,fibrinogen,plasma specific viscosity,low shear viscosity and high shear viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of short ventricular tachycardia,ventricular premature beat and angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with Wenxin Granules for coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia can promote the recovery of patients,significantly improve the hemorheological indexes,arrhythmia and angina pectoris of patients,and at the same time,it is safe and worthy of promotion.
