摘要 目的探讨蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法60例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组单用蓝光照射治疗,观察组使用蓝光联合益生菌治疗。比较两组临床疗效;治疗前、治疗2 d、治疗3 d的经皮间接胆红素(IBiL)、总胆红素(TBiL)水平;退黄时间、住院时间;治疗前后的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平;不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的IBiL、TBiL比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、3 d,观察组的IBiL、TBiL均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的退黄时间(5.32±1.64)d、住院时间(7.63±1.78)d均明显短于对照组的(7.98±2.05)、(12.46±2.31)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)(60.26±9.43)%、CD4^(+)(51.60±8.32)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(2.07±0.68)均高于对照组的(54.08±8.87)%、(46.78±10.06)%、(1.14±0.57),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的6.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸的效果显著,能有效促进胆红素的分解代谢,加快退黄速度,缩短病程,提升机体免疫力,提高治疗安全性,具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To discuss the effect of blue light irradiation combined with probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 60 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation alone,while the observation group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with probiotics.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,levels of indirect bilirubin(IBiL)and total bilirubin(TBiL)before treatment,after 2 d of treatment,and after 3 d of treatment,jaundice regression time and hospitalization time,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in IBiL and TBiL between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 and 3 d of treatment,the IBiL and TBiL of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The jaundice remission time(5.32±1.64)d and the hospitalization time(7.63±1.78)d in the observation group were significantly shorter than(7.98±2.05)and(12.46±2.31)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+)(60.26±9.43)%,CD4^(+)(51.60±8.32)%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(2.07±0.68)in the observation group were higher than(54.08±8.87)%,(46.78±10.06)%,(1.14±0.57)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%in the observation group was lower than 6.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blue light irradiation combined w
