多次蓝光间断照射联合肠道益生菌口服治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探究多次蓝光间断照射联合肠道益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年10月收治新生儿黄疸患儿70例,按治疗方案不同分为两组,各35例。对照组采用多次蓝光间断照射治疗;观察组在多次蓝光间断照射基础上联合肠道益生菌口服治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗48 h、72 h血清胆红素水平均低于对照组,黄疸消退时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在蓝光间断照射基础上增加肠道益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸,能明显提高疗效,提升黄疸消退速度,安全性高。 Objective:To explore the efficacy of multiple intermittent blue light irradiation combined with intestinal probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:From January 2019 to October 2020,70 cases of neonatal jaundice were selected and treated and divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with multiple blue light intermittent irradiation.The observation group received oral treatment of intestinal probiotics on the basis of repeated blue light intermittent irradiation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum bilirubin level of observation group was lower than control group at 48 h and 72 h after treatment,and the time of jaundice resolution was also lower than control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adding intestinal probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice on the basis of intermittent blue light irradiation can significantly improve the curative effect,promote the speed of jaundice extinction,and have high safety.
