摘要
学生评教是高校教学质量评估的重要依据。通过对G师范大学近10年评教数据与2019年学生课堂教学现状调查结果进行对比,发现这两组数据结果存在明显的偏差。对此,进一步采用问卷调查进行探究,结果表明,学生对评教目的和意义认识不足、学生评教态度不够认真及个人情感影响、评教指标不够完善、学生主体性缺位等因素导致评教结果偏差,评教有效性不足。应做好评教的舆论准备、完善评教指标体系、学生回归评教主体地位等措施以提升评教有效性。
Student evaluation of teaching is an important measure for the evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities.This study firstly compares the teaching evaluation data of G Normal University in the past ten years with the survey results of the current situation of students’classroom teaching in 2019,and finds that there are obvious deviations in the two groups of data.In this regard,a questionnaire survey was used to further explore,and the results showed that the students’lack of understanding of the purpose and meaning of teaching evaluation,inappropriate attitude towards teaching evaluation together with the influence of personal emotions,the imperfect evaluation indicators,and the absence of students’subjectivity and other factors lead to the deviations which bring about evaluation ineffectiveness.Finally,some measures are proposed to improve the effectiveness of teaching evaluation,such as getting public opinion prepared,improving the evaluation indicators system,and repositioning the subjectivity of students.
