摘要
目的对比不同切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗年龄相关性白内障的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月在我院接受1.8 mm同轴微切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的46例年龄相关性白内障患者,纳入A组;另选取同期我在院接受3.0 mm标准切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的46例年龄相关性白内障患者,纳入B组。比较两组患者术前及术后7 d的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和并发症发生情况。结果术后7 d,两组的BCVA均低于术前,且A组的BCVA低于B组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率(4.35%vs.8.70%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论1.8 mm同轴微切口与3.0 mm标准切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗年龄相关性白内障均具有较高的安全性,但与3.0 mm标准切口相比,1.8 mm同轴微切口创伤小,可促进患者视力早期恢复。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of different incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of age-related cataract.Methods 46 patients with age-related cataract who received 1.8 mm coaxial micro incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as group A.46 patients with age-related cataract who received 3.0 mm standard incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in our hospital during the same period were selected as group B.The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)before operation and 7 days after operation and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results 7 days after operation,the BCVA of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the BCVA of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of postoperative complications(4.35%vs.8.70%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both 1.8 mm coaxial micro incision and 3.0 mm standard incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation have higher safety in the treatment of age-related cataract,but compared with 3.0 mm standard incision,1.8 mm coaxial micro incision has less trauma and can promote the early recovery of vision.
