摘要
建交30年来,中国和哈萨克斯坦始终秉持“平等互利,注重实效,长期合作,共同开发”的原则,通过对口科研单位和机构合作,利用建立联合实验室、人才培养和技术培训、科技信息交流、联合科研攻关、科技论坛等多种形式,在农业、地质、交通、信息、可再生能源等多个领域开展科技合作,不仅为双方的科技交流和创新提供了机遇,而且促进了双边关系的进一步发展和巩固。
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations over the past 30 years,China and Kazakhstan have always adhered to the principle of"equality and mutual benefits,actual effects,long-term cooperation,and joint development",through cooperation with counterpart scientific research units and institutions,China and Kazakhstan have taked advantage of various forms to establish joint laboratories,personnel training and technical training,scientific and technological information exchange,joint scientific research,scientific and technological forums,etc,carrying out scientific and technological cooperation in many fields such as agriculture,geology,transportation,information,renewable energy,etc,which not only provide opportunities for scientific and technological exchanges and innovation between the two sides,but also promote the further development and consolidation of bilateral relations.
