摘要
目的探究行动研究法在优化儿科静脉采血流程中的应用。方法选取2020年8月至2021年1月于福建某三级甲等医院儿科病房就诊的1006例患儿作为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序分为3组,2020年8—9月就诊的267例患儿作为对照组,2020年10—11月就诊的364例患儿作为优化1组,2020年12月至2021年1月就诊的375例患儿作为优化2组。所有患儿均接受静脉采血,以行动研究为理论框架,通过计划、行动、观察、反思的2个循环过程优化采集流程。比较3组静脉采血相关护理差错发生情况及采血流程满意度。结果优化1组静脉采血相关护理差错发生率为0.82%,低于对照组的4.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化1组、优化2组静脉采血相关护理差错发生率比较差异无统计学意义。优化2组静脉采血相关护理差错发生率为0.27%,低于对照组的4.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化1组、优化2组儿科静脉采血流程满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行动研究法能有效降低儿科静脉采血相关护理差错发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of action research method in optimizing pediatric venous blood collection procedure.Methods 1006 children who were admitted to the pediatric ward of a tertiary hospital in Fujian from August 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into three groups according to the time sequence of admission,267 children from August to September 2020 as the control group,364 children from October to November 2020 as the optimization group 1,and 375 children from December 2020 to January 2021 as the optimization group 2.All children received venous blood collection,taking action research as the theoretical framework,the collection process was optimized through two cycles of planning,action,observation and reflection,the occurrence of nursing errors related to venous blood collection and the satisfaction of pediatric venous blood collection process among the three groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing errors related to venous blood collection in the optimization group 1 was 0.82%,which was lower than 4.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nursing errors related to venous blood collection between the optimized group 1 and the optimization group 2.The incidence of nursing errors related to venous blood collection in the optimization group 2 was 0.27%,which was lower than 4.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of pediatric venous blood collection procedure in optimization group 1 and optimization group 2 was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Action research method can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors related to pediatric venous blood collection,which is worthy of clinical application.
