摘要
通过介绍行动研究的定义及起源、类型、特点、理论基础、基本步骤和方法,综述行动研究的主要内容及应用的研究情况,并探讨其对护理发展的启示,旨在为广大临床护理人员及护理研究者提供参考。
From the aspects of the definition and origin,types,characteristics,theoretical foundations,basic steps and methods of action research,this paper reviewed the main content and application status of action research method.In addition,this paper discussed its implications for development of nursing,looking forward to providing reference for clinical nursing personnel and nursing researchers.
