摘要
目的探讨临床药师药学干预在基层医院抗菌药物应用的干预效果,提高基层医院抗菌药物使用的合理性.方法将南方医科大学顺德医院附属杏坛医院2019年、2020年抗菌药物的应用情况分为干预前组(2019年)和干预后组(2020年),对门诊抗菌药物处方比例、住院抗菌药物使用率、使用强度等相关数据进行统计分析.结果门诊抗菌药物处方比例和住院抗菌药物微生物送检率无明显变化(P>0.05)、住院抗菌药物使用率和使用强度明显降低(P<0.05)、Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药使用率明显降低(P<0.05),在预防用药的品种选择、用药时机和用药时间上合理率稍有提高(P>0.05).结论临床药师对基层医院抗菌药物的临床应用进行药学干预,能一定程度上提高抗菌药物使用过程的规范性、合理性,对抗菌药物的安全、有效使用具有良好的促进作用.
Ob ject ive To provide a reference for clinical rational application by studying the effects of drug intervention on the application of antibacterials in primary hospitals.Methods Divided our hospital application of antibacteral drug in 2019 and 2020 into two groups,the pre-intervention group(2019)and post-intervention group(2020),statistics and analysis ofthe proportion of outpatient antibacterials prescriptions,inpatient antimicrobial drug use rate and intensity of use.Resul ts The proportion of outpatient antibacterials prescriptions and the inpatient antimicrobial drug use rate that the rate of the samples submited to examination was no obvious difference(P>0.05),the use rate and intensity of inpatient antimicrobial drugs were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the use rate of preventive drugs for class I incision surgery was significantly reduced(P<0.05),antibacterials prophylaxis for the drugs selection,timing and time were increased(P>0.05).Conclus ion Drug intervention on the application of antibiotics in primary hospitals by clinical pharmacists can improve the standardization of the use of antibiotics and rationality,it also can promote the safe and ffective use of antibacterial drugs.
