摘要 城市河道是人们工作、生活的重要环境要素。治理水环境、削减污染、实现“水清岸绿、鱼翔浅底”是今后一段时期面临的重要任务。重庆某黑臭河道(长江一级支流)因其复杂的山地特征,治理难度大,虽然几经治理,但距离Ⅳ类水质目标仍有一定差距,对附近居民生活造成不利影响。通过对流域内排水管网和箱涵内窥检测、直排口及相关污染源摸排诊断,进行断面水质检测与模拟分析,精准锁定山地城市水环境治理过程中的主要矛盾;针对山地城市河道坡降大、坡岸陡峭的特点,提出“箱涵末端调蓄池+净化站”“雨水排口+下凹式绿地”等一系列工程设计;就山地城市黑臭治理中特有的困难进行探索实践,经模型分析验证水体治理目标可达性,为其他山地城市的水环境治理提供一种可实施的解决思路。 The water in the city is an important resource for people to survive.It is an urgent task for some time to carry out water environment treatment,reduce pollution and realize the vision of"clear water,green shore and shallow bottom".A black and odorous river(the first tributary of the Yangtze River)in Chongqing is difficult to control due to its complex mountain characteristics.Although it has been treated several times,there is still a certain gap from the water quality target of ClassⅣ,which has caused a bad impact on the lives of nearby residents.The project analyzed the main contradictions in the process of water environment governance in mountainous cities by investigating the cross-section water quality,drainage pipe network and box culverts,pollution sources,direct drainage outlets,and pipeline internal observations.Aiming at the characteristics of large slopes and steep slopes of rivers in mountainous cities,a series of engineering designs such as"storage tank at the end of box culvert+purification station",and"recessed green space"were proposed.It explored and practiced the unique difficulties in the treatment of black and odor in mountain cities.The calculation of the model verifies that the target of classⅣwater body is reachable,which provides an implementable solution for water environment management in other mountainous cities.
