新疆典型矿区低阶煤氧化动力学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外原位光谱(FTIR)、程序升温氧化(TPO)和热重(TGA)等实验方法,研究新疆典型矿区主采煤层低阶煤氧化动力学特性。XRD实验结果表明,煤中的主要矿物成分有石英、高岭石、方解石和白云石等;大黄山矿区煤样的矿物成分含量最高。FTIR实验结果表明,不同煤样的官能团种类相似,吸光度不一;四棵树煤样的官能团吸光度随粒径减小呈现增大趋势;含氧官能团随温度增高呈现减少趋势。TPO实验结果表明,四棵树煤样的耗氧速率大于大黄山和乌东煤样的耗氧速率。TGA实验结果表明,四棵树矿区煤样经历不同温度后其活化能在T_(1)~T_(2)阶段随温度增高而降低,在T_(3)~T_(5)阶段随温度增高而增高;T_(1)~T_(2)阶段煤样活化能低于T_(3)~T_(5)阶段煤样活化能;煤质、元素质量分数对煤氧化动力学参数具有一定影响,T_(3)~T_(5)阶段煤样活化能和燃点温度随水分(<8%)的降低总体呈现增高趋势;煤样含氧官能团峰面积随挥发分(27%~31%)的减小而增大,随灰分(4%~7%)的减小而减小,随水分(1.9%~10.0%)的减小呈现减小趋势;燃点温度T_(3)随O元素质量分数(15.5%~18.0%)的减小而降低;T_(1)~T_(2)阶段煤样活化能随H元素质量分数(3.3%~3.6%)的减小而增高,随N元素质量分数(0.65%~0.80%)的减小而增高。 This paper presents a study on the kinetic of combustion of low rank coal in main coal seam of typical mining areas in Xinjiang by using different methods,such as the XRD,the FTIR,the TPO and the TGA,etc.XRD results show that the major minerals contained in coal matrix are quartz,kaolinite,dolomite,calcite,etc.The mineral composition content of coal samples in Dahuangshan mining area is the highest.FTIR results show that different coal samples have similar types of functional groups and different absorbance;the absorbance of functional groups of Sikeshu coal samples increases with the decrease of particle sizes;the contents of oxygen-containing functional groups decrease with the increase of temperature.TPO results show that the oxygen-consumption rate of Sikeshu coal samples is larger than those of the Wudong and Dahuangshan coal samples.TGA results show that the activation energy of heated coal samples of Sikeshu coal samples decreases with the increase of temperature at T_(1)-T_(2) stage,and increases with the increase of temperature at T_(3)-T_(5) stage;the activation energy of coal samples at T_(1)-T_(2) stage is lower than that at T_(3)-T_(5) stage.The coal quality and element mass fraction have a certain influence on the kinetic parameters of coal oxidation,and the activation energy and burning point temperature of coal samples show an overall trend of increasing with the decrease of moisture content(<8%)at T_(3)-T_(5) stage;the peak area of oxygen-containing functional groups increases with the decrease of volatile content from 27%to 31%of coal samples,decreases with the decrease of ash content from 4%to 7%of coal samples,and it shows a decreasing trend with the decrease of water content from 1.9%to 10.0%.Results also show that the temperature of burning point T_(3) decreases with the reduction of oxygen content from 15.5%to 18.0%of coal samples;the activation energy at T_(1)-T_(2) stage increases with the reduction of hydrogen content from 3.3%to 3.6%of coal samples,and increases with the decrease of nit
