健脾清胃汤改善胃癌根治术后脾胃湿热证患者胃肠和免疫功能临床观察

摘要目的观察健脾清胃汤对胃癌根治术后脾胃湿热证患者胃肠功能恢复及免疫功能指标CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)的影响。方法按1∶1随机将胃癌根治术后脾胃湿热证患者分为治疗组和对照组,各31例。对照组给予常规干预及胃复春片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用健脾清胃汤,观察2组患者胃肠功能恢复情况及免疫功能指标CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)的变化情况。结果治疗组中医证候积分和临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾清胃汤对胃癌根治术后脾胃湿热证患者胃肠功能恢复有明显促进作用,并能提升机体免疫功能,值得临床应用与深入研究。 Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Qingwei decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of immune function index in patients with dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome after radical gastrectomy.Methods Patients with dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome after radical gastrectomy were divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention and Weifuchun tablet,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Qingwei decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of gastrointestinal function recovery and immune function index CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were observed in the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical efficacy in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)levels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qingwei decoction can obviously promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome after radical gastrectomy,and improve the immune function of the body.It is worthy of clinical application and in-depth study.
