氧化锌改性光敏树脂的光固化3D打印工艺参数优化 被引量:2

Optimization of Light-Curing 3D Printing Process Parameters of Photosensitive Resin Modified by Zinc Oxide

摘要 为了研究氧化锌改性光敏树脂成型制件的变形率和硬度,以光固化3D打印制件为研究对象,以氧化锌改性光敏树脂的临界曝光量和光透射深度为基础,通过单因素试验分析分层厚度、曝光时间和灭灯时间三种打印工艺参数对制件变形率和硬度的影响,最终选取分层厚度分别为0.04,0.06,0.08 mm,曝光时间分别为10,12,14 s,灭灯时间分别为8,10,12 s作为正交试验中三种不同因素的三个水平值,并通过计算得到工艺参数对变形率和硬度的信噪比以及最佳打印工艺参数组合。结果表明,随着分层厚度、曝光时间和灭灯时间的增加,打印制件的变形率呈现先减小后增大的趋势,而硬度呈现先增大后减小的趋势。通过分析计算得到最终的最优工艺参数为分层厚度0.05 mm、曝光时间11 s、灭灯时间9 s。利用最终的最优工艺参数组合打印的涡轮叶片整体收缩率为0.44%、表面硬度为95.5,其表面光滑、无错层,满足使用需求。 In order to study the deformation rate and hardness of zinc oxide modified photosensitive resin molded parts,the parts prepared by light-curing 3D printing technology were used as the research object,and the critical exposure and light transmission depth of the modified photosensitive resin were used as the basis,the influences of three printing process parameters,such as layered thickness,exposure time and light-off time,on deformation and hardness of model parts were obtained through single factor experimental analysis.The final selection of layer thickness is 0.04,0.06,0.08 mm,the exposure time is 10,12,14 s and light-off time is 8,10,12 s,as the three horizontal values of the three different factors in the orthogonal experiment.The signal-to-noise ratio and the best combination of printing process parameters on the deformation rate and hardness were obtained by calculation.The results show that with the increase of the layered thickness,exposure time and light-off time,the deformation rate of the printed parts tends to decrease and then increase,the hardness of the printed parts tends to increase and then decrease.Through analysis and calculation,the optimal process parameters are the layer thickness of 0.05 mm,the exposure time of 11 s and the light-off time of 9 s.The overall deformation rate of the turbine blade printed with the best combination of process parameters is 0.44%and the hardness is 95.5,the surface of turbine blades is smooth and no staggered layers,which meeting usage requirements.
