摘要
选用纳米氧化锌(ZnO)改性环氧树脂性能,首先用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对纳米ZnO进行表面修饰,改善了环氧树脂和纳米ZnO的界面相容性,然后用红外光谱(FTIR)表征了表面修饰纳米ZnO的结构。用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热失重分析法(TG)和力学性能测试研究了纳米ZnO表面修饰前后和含量对环氧树脂的玻璃化温度(T)、热稳定性和力学性能的影响,用扫描g电子显微镜(SEM)观察了加入纳米ZnO环氧固化物的脆断断面的形貌。结果表明,加入0.8质量份(100质量份环氧树脂中的加入量,下同)表面修饰的纳米ZnO后环氧树脂的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击韧度分别提高了26%、20%和63%,T_g提高了20℃,最快分解温度提前了20℃。
The epoxy resin was modified by using the nano-ZnO.The surface modification of nano-ZnO was performed with the silane coupling agent KH-550 to improve the interfacial compatibility between nano-ZnO and epoxy resin,and the structure of the surface modified nano-ZnO was characterized by FTIR.The effects of contents of unmodified and modifies nano-ZnO on the T_g,thermostability and mechanical properties of the epoxy resin were investigated by DSC,TG and tensile tests,and the morphology of the brittle fracture surfaces were observed by SEM.The results showed that compared with the pure epoxy resin,the tensile strength,flexural strength,impact strength and T_g of the modified E51 epoxy resin containing 0.8 phr modified nano-ZnO increase by 26%,20%,63% and 20 ℃,respectively,and the maximum decomposition temperature was advanced by 20 ℃.
