摘要
本试验通过耐受性试验、产水解酶试验、抑菌试验和抗生素敏感试验,以测定贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的生物学特性。结果显示,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌在胆盐、高温、模拟胃液和模拟肠液中均表现出较好的耐受性,可代谢产生淀粉酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶,此外,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肠沙门菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌具有抑制能力,对青霉素等10种常见抗生素具有敏感性。结果表明贝莱斯芽孢杆菌在不良环境条件下具有良好的生长性能,能够产生多种水解酶,且具有良好的抑菌能力和抗生素敏感性,可作为候选益生菌进行深入研究。
This study utilized tolerance test,hydrolase production test,bacteriostasis test,and antibiotic sensitivity test to assess the biological characteristics of Bacillus velezensis strain.The results showed that Bacillus velezensis tolerated bile salt,high temperature,simulated gastric juice and simulated intestinal juice;produced amylase,protease,cellulase and lipase through metabolism;inhibited Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmonella enterica,Bacillus cereus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and was sensitive to 10 common antibiotics such as penicillin.Thus,B.velezensis has good growth performance under adverse environmental conditions,produces a variety of hydrolytic enzymes,demonstrates certain antibacterial ability and antibiotic sensitivity,and warrants further in-depth study as a candidate probiotic.
