摘要
不同的出口贸易方式意味着出口生产模式以及能源投入的差异,因而对碳排放的影响也不相同。利用静态与动态模型对51个地级市2006—2019年的面板数据进行分析,研究中国加工贸易出口与一般贸易出口这两种不同贸易方式对碳排放影响的差异。研究表明:加工贸易出口与一般贸易出口都会带来碳排放的增长,但加工贸易出口带来的碳排放相对更小;在考虑动态因素后,二者对碳排放增长的影响更为明显。此外,加工贸易出口与一般贸易出口对碳排放影响的差异程度与地区经济发展密切相关,在高收入城市,加工贸易出口带来的碳排放显著增加;而在中等收入城市,一般贸易出口仍旧是出口贸易中引起碳排放增长的主力。对此,中国应该继续推动加工贸易向高附加值贸易方式转型,限制、调整一般贸易出口中高污染产品的占比,加大相关产业科研经费的投入,推进出口企业节能减排技术的研发。
Different export trade patterns mean differences in export production models and energy inputs,resulting in differing carbon emissions.The paper studies the different impacts of processing trade export and normal trade export on carbon emissions by utilizing the static and dynamic models to analyze the panel data(2006-2019)from 51 prefecture-level cities.The study suggests that both processing trade export and normal trade export will contribute to the increase of carbon emissions with processing trade export relatively smaller.Taking the dynamic factors into account,the two have more conspicuous effects on the rise of carbon emissions.At the same time,the differing impacts of processing trade export and normal trade export on carbon emissions are closely tied to the regional economic development.The carbon emissions by processing trade exports in high-income cities have increased significantly;while in middle-income cities,normal trade export is still the chief culprit to increasing carbon emissions.The paper therefore holds that China should continually promote the transformation of processing trade to high value-added trade,limit and lower the proportion of high-polluting products in normal trade export,and increase the research funds for the related industries and propel the research and development of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies for export enterprises.
