摘要
基于第六次中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,通过使用排序模型研究发现,居住模式、主要经济支持、受教育年限、家庭成员年均收入、患病时能够得到及时救护等因素都能显著影响农村老年人的健康水平,并且存在显著的地区差异和性别差异。政府应通过采取加强多层次多区域的差异化养老体系顶层设计、打造农村医养结合服务中心以及补齐农村家庭照护技能短板等措施,改善农村老年人健康水平。
Based on the data of the sixth Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS), this paper uses the ranking model to find that factors which significantly affect the health level of the rural elderly include living mode, main economic support, years of education, average annual income of family and timely medical care in case of illness, and there are significant regional and gender differences in these factors. Government should take measures of strengthening top-level design of multi-level and multi-regional differentiated seniors care systems, building rural medical care service centers, and making up for the shortcomings of rural family care skills to improve the health level of the rural elderly.
