摘要
针对消防分水器设计缺少原始技术资料的问题,利用逆向工程技术重构产品CAD模型。通过扫描仪标定平均误差并采集产品表面点云数据,根据消防分水器重构模型与原始点云数据进行质量分析,得出误差产生原因并提出解决措施,进而保证消防分水器CAD模型的质量。质量分析结果表明,所设计的消防分水器3D表面关键点位偏差、关键点位2D尺寸偏差在合理范围内。此次设计研究可以为类似的消防分水器设备的设计提供思路,有效提高消防分水器产品的市场需求。
In view of the lack of original technical data for the design of fire water separators,the pro-duct CAD model is reconstructed by using the reverse engineering technology.By means of the scanner,the average error is calibrated,and the point cloud data on the product surface is collected.The quality is analyzed according to the reconstructed model of the fire water separator and the original point cloud data,thus,the causes of the error are obtained and solutions are put forward,so that the quality of the CAD model of the fire water separator is guaranteed.The quality analysis results show that the 3D surface key point deviation and 2D dimension deviation of the designed fire water separator are both within a reasonable range,which,therefore,shows that this design research can provide ideas for the design of similar fire water separators and effectively improve the market demand of fire water separators.
