摘要
利用imageware和UG软件,采用基于特征的重建方法,完成一种带分流叶片叶轮的实体模型重建;运用Ansys软件实现了重建叶轮的气动特性分析,给出了叶轮在不同转速下的流量特性曲线,具体分析了叶轮在某流量下的速度和压力分布.结果表明,重建的叶轮等熵效率高,安全工作范围比较宽广;叶轮流道内气体流动稳定、压力增加均匀.
The entity model of an impeller with splitting wanes was reconstructed by using imageware and UG software, employing the feature-based techniques in Reverse Engineering. The aerodynamic performance of the impeller was analyzed by the Ansys software. The flow characteristic curve of the impeller at different rotating speed was drawn, and the speed and pressure distribution at certain flux was analyzed. The analytical results show that the reconstructed impeller has a high isentropic efficiency and can work safely in a wide range of flow rate, the air flux in channel is stable and the increase of air pressure is uniform.
