摘要
建筑外墙防水施工作为建筑整体施工的重要组成部分,影响着建筑的使用性能及使用寿命,传统的建筑外墙防水施工防水效果较差,水流渗透面积较大,因此需应用防水砂浆对建筑外墙进行施工。本文首先分析建筑外墙受水施工裂缝类型,其次对防水砂浆的基本性能进行简要阐述,最后确定防水砂浆抹灰流程,由此实现应用防水砂浆的建筑外墙施工,并以实例进行分析,结果表明,应用防水砂浆后,建筑外墙的防水效果更好,可以作为后续建筑外墙施工的参考。
As an important part of the overall construction of the building,the waterproof construction of the exterior wall of the building affects the performance and service life of the building.The traditional waterproof construction of the exterior wall of the building has a poor waterproof effect and a large water penetration area.Therefore,the application of waterproof mortar to the exterior of the building wall under construction.First,analyze the types of construction cracks on the exterior wall of the building,followed by a brief analysis of the basic performance of the waterproof mortar,and finally determine the plastering process of the waterproof mortar,so as to realize the construction of the exterior wall of the building using the waterproof mortar.After the waterproof mortar,the waterproof effect of the building exterior wall is better,which can be used as a reference for the subsequent building exterior wall construction.
