摘要
为了了解CDS-100型实时评估系统结合仿头模在“牙体牙髓病学”实验教学效果的评价,选取宁夏医科大学口腔医学院2017级口腔医学专业本科生76人为研究对象,按班级分为两组,其中本科2班(38人)为实验对照组,采用仿头模示范操作的传统教学方法;本科1班(38人)为操作实验组,应用CDS-100型临床模拟实时评估系统结合口腔仿头模进行操作。根据左下颌第一磨牙II类洞的牙体洞型预备要求,由教师客观评估进行评分,比较两种教学方式应用于口腔本科“牙体牙髓病学”实验课的教学效果。结果发现,本科2班(对照组)磨牙II类洞制备术分值为32.22±1.21,本科1班(实验组)磨牙II类洞制备术分值为37.52±1.56,差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.237,P<0.05)。本科1班实验组临床操作技能明显优于本科2班对照组。CDS-100型实施评估系统可以提高学生的临床操作技能,提高口腔实验课的教学质量,增强学生对临床技能操作的兴趣,相对于传统的示范教学模式具有显著的优越性。
In order to understand the evaluation of the CDS-100 real-time evaluation system combined with the head mold in the experimental teaching of Dentistry and Endodontics, 76 undergraduate students of stomatology major in the School of Stomatology of Ningxia Medical University are selected as the research objects. They are divided into two groups according to their classes, of which two undergraduate classes(38 persons) are the experimental control group, and the traditional teaching method of head mold demonstration is used. The first undergraduate class(38 persons) is the operation experimental group, which uses CDS-100 clinical simulation realtime evaluation system combined with oral head mold for operation. According to the preparation requirements of the Class Ⅱ cavity of the left mandibular first molar, the teacher objectively evaluates and scores, and compared the teaching effects of the two teaching methods applied to the experimental course for undergraduates. The results show that the scores of Class Ⅱ molar cavity preparation in Class 2 undergraduate(control group) and Class 1undergraduate(experimental group) are 32.22 ± 1.21 and 37.52 ± 1.56 respectively, with a statistically significant difference(t=-2.237, P<0.05). The clinical operation skills of the experimental group in Class 1 of undergraduate course are significantly better than those of the control group in Class 2 of undergraduate course. CDS-100implementation evaluation system can improve students’ clinical operation skills, improve the teaching quality of oral experimental courses, and enhance students’ interest in clinical operation skills. Compared with the traditional demonstration teaching mode, it has significant advantages.
