摘要
口腔本科临床实习是医学类本科高等院校培养过程中一个重要的阶段,是本科五年从通识教育到专业教育最后一年的实践教育阶段,是将所学医学知识转化为诊疗疾病能力的关键环节,其实习质量的高低与整个本科全链条教学质量和人才培养目标息息相关。我院作为本科赛道新兵,与老牌口腔院校在教育教学质量上存在较大差距,近年来通过优化临床教学管理模式、构筑合理的管理体系、加强师资队伍等一系列举措,提高了口腔本科医学生临床实习教学质量。
Stomatological clinical practice for undergraduates serves as an important stage in the medical colleges or universities training process,which transfers the teaching pattern from liberal education to professional one in undergraduate education.In particular,it contributes to cultivation of students'practical ability and the capacity to solve clinical problems not only in clinical diagnosis but also treatment.Moreover,the quality of practice closely links to the chain of undergraduate teaching system and talent training.As a recruit to the undergraduate track,our school has a large gap in the quality of education and teaching from the established dental colleges.In recent years,we have improved the quality of clinical practice teaching for stomatological students by taking advantage of optimizing the clinical teaching management model,building a reasonable management system,and strengthening the teaching staff,respectively.
