摘要 以采煤机截割齿轮传动系统为研究对象,基于应力-强度干涉理论,利用变异因数法建立采煤机截割齿轮传动系统动态可靠性模型,对采煤机截割齿轮传动系统的可靠性进行研究。在研究中,应用MATLAB软件分析齿轮内部激励对采煤机截割齿轮传动系统可靠性的影响,并通过试验验证分析结果,为采煤机截割齿轮传动系统的可靠性优化提供参考。 Taking the shearer cutting gear transmission system as the research object, based on the stress-strength interference theory, the dynamic reliability model of the shearer cutting gear transmission system was established by using the variation factor method to investigate the reliability of the shearer cutting gear transmission system.In the investigation, the influence of the internal excitation of the gear on the reliability of the shearer cutting gear transmission system was analyzed by MATLAB software, and the analytic results were verified by experiment to provide a reference for the reliability optimization of the shearer cutting gear transmission system.
