摘要 系统分析了火炮方向机齿轮传动过程中产生的静态传动误差和动态传动误差因素。考虑到误差的随机性,采用概率法分析了齿轮传动的静态传动误差;考虑到齿轮时变啮合扭转刚度对动态传动误差的影响,采用有限元方法分析了齿轮传动的动态传动误差。基于以上提出的计算方法,推导了齿轮传动误差的计算公式,通过实例验证了计算公式的可行性和正确性,得到了方向机在不同载荷下动态传动误差曲线,可为研究火炮方向机对调炮精度的影响提供参考。 The static and dynamic transmission errors generated in the process of gear transmission of the traversing mechanism of gun were analyzed.Considering the random feature of the errors,probability method was applied to analyze the static error of gear transmission.Considering the influence of time-varying torsional mesh stiffness of gears on the transmission error,finite element method was applied to analyze the dynamic error of gear transmission.The calculation formula of gear transmission error was deduced on the basis of the calculation method proposed above.The feasibility and correctness of the calculation formula was validated by instances,while the curve of dynamic transmission error of traversing mechanism on different loads was obtained,which can provide reference for the research on the influence of traversing mechanism on gun adjusting accuracy.
