摘要
以某污水处理厂下沉式升级改造为研究对象,通过对化学吸附、燃烧、生物滤池、掩蔽等除臭工艺的原理及除臭技术特点进行分析比较,确定采用“生物滴滤+生物过滤”的除臭工艺。结合运行调试中发现的问题,利用CFD技术对气流组织进行了数值模拟,确定了合理的调控参数,进一步优化了除臭系统和通风系统的设计,最终使得该污水处理厂臭气排放达到GB 18918—2002的一级标准。
Taking the reconstruction of a sewage treatment plant as the research object,through comparing the principles and characteristics of deodorization technologies such as chemical adsorption,combustion,biological filter and sheltering,the deodorization technology of“biological drip filtration plus biological filtration”is determined.Combined with the problems in operation adjustment,CFD technology is used to simulate and analyse the air distribution,and reasonable operating conditions are obtained to further optimize the deodorization system and ventilation system.Finally,the odor emission reaches the first-level standard of GB 18918-2002.
