摘要
麻木是指肌肤知觉消失,不知痛痒,归属中医“痹证”“中风”等范畴,病因复杂,颈椎病变、腰椎病变、脑血管病变,糖尿病周围神经病变等是其常见原因,多为神经损伤及血管损伤所致。补阳还五汤为清代名医王清任所创,该方出自其《医林改错》,具有活血通络、益气补血之功。为后世常用之经典名方,尤其在治疗肢体麻木方面得到广泛应用。通过查阅近年来补阳还五汤的相关文献,对其治疗肢体麻木的临床研究进行综述,为其临床运用提供文献依据。
Numbness refers to the disappearance of skin perception and the absence of pain and itching,belong to“arthralgia syndrome”,“stroke”and other categories in traditional Chinese medicine.The causes are complicated,such as cervical,lumbar,cerebrovascular,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,most of them are caused by nerve injury and vascular injury.Treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction was created by Wang Qingren,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty.The recipe comes from his book Correction on Errors in Medical Classics.It has the function of activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals and supplementing spirit and blood.By consulting the relevant literature of Buyang Huanwu decoction in recent years,this paper reviews the research progress of treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating limb numbness,and provides for its clinical application.
