摘要 目的了解2018-2021年山东省潍坊市哨点医院报告的食源性疾病病例中主要病原微生物的流行病学特征,为预防和控制食源性疾病的发生提供有效依据。方法对哨点医院监测的病例标本开展沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、致泻大肠埃希菌和诺如病毒检测,对病例标本中病原体的时间分布、年龄分布、型别分布等进行分析。结果811份病例标本中检出阳性菌株153株,总阳性检出率为18.87%,其中,沙门氏菌为9.25%,致泻大肠埃希氏菌为4.07%,诺如病毒为5.55%。第二季度的病原体检出率较高(25.74%)。4~6岁组沙门氏菌和诺如病毒检出率最高(31.37%和11.76%),<1岁组致泻大肠埃希氏菌检出率最高(9.30%)。沙门氏菌的优势血清型为肠炎沙门氏菌。致泻大肠埃希菌的主要型别是黏附性大肠埃希氏菌属(EAEC)。诺如病毒主要是GⅡ型。结论山东省潍坊市食源性疾病病原体以沙门氏菌为主,病原体的分布呈较明显的夏秋季高峰,应针对不同病原体的分布特征开展相适应的预防控制措施。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of main pathogenic microorganisms in foodborne disease cases reported from sentinel hospitals in Weifang city during 2018-2021,so as to provide effective basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.Methods The case specimens monitored by the sentinel hospitals were identified for Salmonella,Shigella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,diarrheagenic Escherichia coli and norovirus,and the time distribution,age distribution and type distribution of pathogens in the case specimens were analyzed.Results A total of 811samples from patients under active surveillance were collected and 153strains were detected,with a total positive detection rate of 18.87%,including 9.25%for Salmonella,4.07%for diarrheagenic Escherichia coli and 5.55%for norovirus.The pathogen detection rate was higher in the second quarter(25.74%).The detection rate of Salmonella and norovirus was the highest in 4-6years old group(31.37%and 11.76%),and the detection rate of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli was the highest in<1 year old group(9.30%).The dominant serotype of Salmonella was Salmonella enteritidis.The main type of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli was adhesive Escherichia coli(EAEC).Norovirus was mainly Gⅱtype.Conclusion Salmonellais the main pathogen of food-borne diseases in Weifang city,Shandong province,and the distribution of pathogens showed a significant peak in summer and autumn.Therefore,appropriate prevention and control measures should be taken according to the distribution characteristics of different pathogens.
