摘要
“推动形成区域协调发展新格局”是长三角一体化发展的重要任务。本文基于电力统计数据,分别从生活水平、产业发展、基础设施和公共服务四个维度构建指标体系,结合协调度评价模型,测度长三角区域协调发展成效。研究表明,2018年以来,长三角区域协调发展度持续偏高,2020年已达到中级协调水平。以京津冀作为参照,长三角区域具有更高的协调发展层次,但目前长三角区域协调发展度暂未达到高等级标准,基础设施领域明显薄弱,强化落后领域建设,有利于促进区域均衡协调发展。
One of the important tasks for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta is to “promote the formation of a new pattern of regional coordinated development”. Based on the electricity statistics, this paper combines the evaluation model of coordination degree from the four dimensions of living standards, industrial development,infrastructure and public services to measure the effectiveness of regional coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta. The research shows that the regional coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta has remained relatively high since 2018, and it has reached the intermediate level of coordination in 2020, which is a higher level of regional coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta than the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. However, the degree of regional coordinated development has not yet reached the high-level standard at present. The infrastructure field in the Yangtze River Delta is obviously weak. Strengthening the construction of backward fields will help to promote the development of regional balanced and coordinated in the Yangtze River Delta.
