摘要
超声检查以其无创、便捷等特点,成为产前胎儿宫内监测的有力手段,在优生优育中起着不可或缺的作用。在妊娠期利用超声多普勒显像技术评估胎儿肾动脉血流速度及波形,可更全面地判断胎儿肾脏发育情况、宫内窘迫的发生及严重程度、羊水动力学变化等异常状况,具有重要的临床意义。本文对胎儿肾动脉的超声影像学研究现状进行综述,以探讨产前超声评估胎儿肾动脉的临床价值。
With its non-invasive,convenient and other characteristics,ultrasound has become a powerful means of prenatal fetal intrauterine monitoring,and plays an indispensable role in eugenics. In pregnancy,the use of ultrasound Doppler imaging technology to evaluate the fetal renal artery blood flow velocity and waveform can more comprehensively judge the fetal renal development,the occurrence and severity of intrauterine distress,amniotic fluid dynamics changes and other abnormal conditions,which has important clinical significance. In this paper,the research status of ultrasound imaging of fetal renal artery is reviewed to explore the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the evaluation of fetal renal artery.
