摘要
基于双重双面法切齿原理和加工方法,建立小模数螺旋锥齿轮数学模型,采用有限元仿真技术,建立齿轮副加载接触分析模型,形成小模数螺旋锥齿轮精确数学模型-实体模型-加载接触分析模型的建模分析流程;分析额定载荷和载荷变化2种情况下的双重双面法螺旋锥齿轮啮合特性,探究小轮轴向安装误差、大轮轴向安装误差和轴交角安装误差对齿轮副啮合特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着载荷的增大,啮合印痕面积、传动误差、齿根弯曲应力和齿面接触应力均增大,但当载荷远小于额定载荷时,传动误差大于额定载荷时下的传动误差;小轮远离轴交点的轴向安装误差对螺旋锥齿轮啮合特性有较大的影响,大轮靠近轴交点的轴向安装误差对齿根弯曲应力和齿面接触应力影响较大,但对传动误差影响较小,轴交角安装误差、大轮轴向安装误差和小轮轴向安装误差对螺旋锥齿轮副啮合特性的影响逐渐增大。
Based on the principle and method of manufacturing of the duplex spread blade method, the mathematical model of small-module spiral bevel gear was established. The loaded tooth contact analysis model of the gear pair was developed using the finite element simulation technology. A set of modeling and analysis process of accurate mathematical model, solid model and loaded contact analysis model of small module spiral bevel gear was formed. The meshing characteristics of the spiral bevel gear with the application of duplex spread blade method under rated load and load variation were analyzed. The influences of pinion axial misalignment, wheel axial misalignment and shaft angle misalignment on the contact characteristics of the gear pair were investigated.The results show that the area of contact patter, transmission error, root bending stress and tooth contact stress all increase with the increase of load, but the transmission error under the load that is much smaller than rated load is bigger than that of the rated load. The axial misalignment which keeps pinion away from the cross point has a great impact on the contact characteristics of spiral bevel gear, and the axial misalignment which keeps wheel close to the cross point has a greater influence on the root bending stress and tooth contact stress, but has a small effect on the transmission error. The influences of the shaft angle misalignment, wheel axial misalignment and pinion axial misalignment on the contact characteristics of spiral bevel gear increase gradually.
