摘要 论述了美国格里森公司(GleasonWorks)加工弧齿锥齿轮的最新方法──精确双重螺旋法(ExactDuplex).采用这种方法加工大轮和小轮时齿槽两侧是用一把双面刀盘同时切出的,得到轮齿的收缩方式为双重收缩齿,由于轮齿的双重收缩,使得大轮和小轮的根锥角同标准收缩齿相比发生了变化。推导出大轮和小轮在双重收缩方式下根锥角之和的计算公式,按倾斜点齿高比例分配给大轮和小轮,确定出大轮和小轮的几何尺寸. This paper deduced a newest method the EXACT DUPLEX HELICAL METHOD gen-erated the spirial bevel gears by the Gleason Works of the U.S.A.. The two side faces of the gear slotwere generated at the same time by a two-side cutter while generating the gear and pinion,the way oftooth contraction was the duplex contraction. Beacuse of the duplex contraction,the root angle of thegear and pinion compared with that of standard contraction was changed.This paper deduced the calcu-lating formula of the sum of the root angle of the gear and pinion and determined the geometric size ofthem by distributing the sum according to tooth depth ratio of inclined point.
