摘要
根据东平宏达选矿厂流程考查结果,对破碎流程设备及工艺参数进行了分析,指出了破碎流程中存在的问题。结果表明:高压辊磨机工作效率较低,给料偏细而产品偏粗,挤压粉碎的优势没有得到充分体现。提出了对破碎流程进行优化提高的措施,圆振动筛筛孔由15 mm增大到20 mm,弛张筛筛孔由8 mm减少到4 mm;此外,优化高压辊磨机工作参数,对筛上物料进行预选抛尾等,可以提高破碎系统处理能力,并降低最终产品粒度,达到碎磨作业总体节能降耗的目的。
Through on-the-spot investigation into process of Dongping Hongda dressing plant,the equipment and process parameters of the crushing process were analyzed,and the problems were summarized.The results showed that high-pressure grinding roller mill presented a poor crushing efficiency with a low reduction ratio,so as that the advantages of crushing by extrusion were not fully reflected.A measure to optimize the crushing process was put forward,including increasing the circular vibrating size from 15 mm to 20 mm and reducing the flip-flow screen size from 8 mm to 4 mm.In addition,optimizing the working parameters of high-pressure grinding roller and pre-selecting the oversize samples were suggested,which could improve the processing capacity of the crushing system and reduce the particle size of the crushing product.As a result,energy saving and consumption reduction of the dressing plant can be realized by the above measures.
