摘要
基于智能配电网差异化发展的需求,提出以重要度和满足度为二维衡量标准的指标分类法,并通过分类差异化组合构建智能配电网建设目标集。兼顾技术发展情况和应用价值,定义表征技术发展与智能配电网建设指标导向关联性的指标导向技术配置关联矩阵,结合模糊综合评价方法求取矩阵元素。以技术组合配置评分最优为目标,以指标导向技术配置关联矩阵为重要约束,考虑建设目标差异性和技术种类复杂性,构建智能配电网技术方案差异化决策的混合整数非线性规划模型,并将其等效为一系列混合整数线性规划模型进行求解。以某配电网建设场景为实际算例进行仿真分析,结果表明所提出模型具有可行性和有效性。
According to the requirements of differentiated development of smart distribution networks,this paper proposes an index classification method with importance and satisfaction as two-dimensional measurement standards,and builds the smart distribution network construction target sets based on the differentiated combination of indicators.Taking into account the technological development and application values,an index-oriented-technology configuration correlation matrix is defined to characterize the index-oriented correlation between technology development and smart distribution network construction,and the matrix elements are obtained by combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.With the goal of maximizing the scoring of technology combination configuration,taking the index-oriented-technology configuration correlation matrix as the important constraint and considering the differences in goal orientation and the complexity of technology types,a mixed integer non-linear programming model for the differentiated configuration of smart distribution network technical solutions is constructed,which is equivalent to a series of mixed integer linear programming solutions.Finally,a simulation analysis of a certain distribution network construction scenario verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
