摘要 针对地基下有不均匀分布的孤石、硬夹层、密实的厚砂层和砂混淤泥土层等复杂地质条件,预应力高强混凝土管桩难以沉桩的难题,通过地质勘探、施工记录分析和反复试桩,在不同的地质条件,分别采用锤击贯入法、长螺旋引孔辅助沉桩法和植入法沉桩,使管桩达到设计要求的持力层。总结了管桩的施工工艺流程和技术控制措施,分析比较了3种沉桩工艺的施工效果和特点,并对3种沉桩方法的使用条件提出了建议,以期为类似工程提供参考。 In view of the problem that it is difficult to sink prestressed high-strength concrete pipe piles under complex geological conditions such as uneven distribution of boulders, hard interlayer, dense thick sand layer and sand concrete silt soil layer under the foundation, through geological exploration, construction record analysis and repeated pile testing,in different geological conditions, the hammer penetration method, the auxiliary method of long spiral hole guiding,and the implantation method are used respectively for pile sinking, so that the pipe piles can meet the bearing stratum required by the design. The construction process and technical control measures of pipe piles are summarized, the construction effects and characteristics of three pile sinking processes are analyzed and compared, and suggestions on the use conditions of three pile sinking methods are put forward, so as to provide reference for similar projects.
