摘要
PHC管桩是采用先张预应力离心成形工艺工厂标准化制成的高强度空心混凝土构件,具用适用性好、施工周期短、单桩承载力高、造价经济合理等优点,但在复杂砂卵石地质条件下采用锤击法沉桩时,PHC管桩的垂直度、桩位偏差较大,同时易出现破桩现象,因而如何应对复杂卵石的坡度对沉桩的影响是确保PHC管桩,施工一次性验收合格的关键点。本文针对绵阳九华府项目复杂砂卵石地质下的PHC管桩施工需求,通过QC活动,采用PDCA循环法找出了影响一次性合格率的关键因素,并研究出对策,通过改良桩尖和细化控制网精度达到质量管理的目标,同时收到了较好的经济效益。
PHC pipe pile is a high-strength hollow concrete member standardized by pretension prestressing centrifugal forming technology factory.It has the advantages of good applicability,short construction period,high bearing capacity of single pile and reasonable cost,however,when the pile is driven by hammering method under the condition of complex sand and pebble geology,the verticality and position deviation of PHC pipe pile are large,and the pile breaking phenomenon is easy to appear,therefore,how to deal with the influence of the slope of the complex pebbles on pile driving is the key point to ensure that the PHC pipe pile is qualified for one-time construction.In view of the construction demand of PHC pipe pile under the complex sand and pebble geology of JIUHUAFU project in Mianyang,this paper finds out the key factors affecting the one-time pass rate by means of PDCA circulation method through QC activity,and studies out the countermeasures,the aim of quality management is achieved by improving the pile tip and refining the precision of control network,and good economic benefits are obtained.
