重症监护病房谵妄预防及干预方案的研究进展

摘要 谵妄是一种可预防和可逆转的急性认知功能障碍综合征,重症监护病房(ICU)病人发生谵妄后会产生一系列不良临床结局。因此,预防谵妄的发生或早期干预以缩短谵妄的持续时间很重要。综述ICU谵妄非药物及药物预防及干预策略现状,旨在为我国医护人员在实施ICU谵妄预防及干预措施时提供临床依据。
