摘要
1342-1343年多瑙河流域的洪水灾害,对中世纪匈牙利王国央地关系的演变产生了重要影响,这一时期被称为匈牙利的“洪水之年”。洪水灾害与匈牙利王国中央受制于地方的局面形成恶性循环,导致匈牙利地方行政区划混乱、地方势力进一步加强、中央权力的衰落及对地方治理的失控。洪水造成的匈牙利央地关系演变及其特征,体现了欧洲中世纪以来匈牙利中央权力衰落、地方势力崛起在自然灾害中的负面影响。
The floods in the Danube basin in 1342-1343 have had an important impact on the evolution of the relationship between the central and the local of the Kingdom of Hungary in the Middle Ages.So this period is called“The Year of Floods”in Hungary.The floods and the situation that the Hungarian central was subject to local control formed a vicious circle,which led to the confusion in the local administrative divisions,the further strengthening of the local forces,the decline of the central power and the loss of control to the local.The evolution and its characteristics of the relationship between the central and the local of the Kingdom of Hungary caused by the floods in 1342-1343,reflected the negative impacts on the natural disasters of the decline of the central power and the rise of the local forces in Hungary in the Middle Ages.
