摘要
“民族区域红色文化”作为中国红色文化专学的专题,在新世纪初20年相关学术研究中,一直没有被学界重视,导致其成为中国红色文化研究文化强国学理的学术短板进而造成学术瓶颈。新世纪初第二个十年,区域红色文化研究在学界成为学术前沿焦点。百年中国红色文化历史演进的根本动因,在于马克思主义及其中国化发展——结合民族化、时代化的大众化实践主体的生活化推动。这样,与民族区域数千年优秀传统文化传承的时代化与大众化融合,历史上中华优秀传统文化的历史沉积区及其直接关联的地域,才可能被视为民族地区红色文化的区域文化本体所在。长征国家文化公园建设需要解决的红色文化资源整合问题。将古代巴文化、巴蜀文化、巴楚文化、巴渝文化的区域文化圈,与历史上“百越”族群移民文化圈的层累叠合,并抽象集合为一个民族区域文化的范围。这种理论知识的建构,可能超越地方行政区划文化建设认识上的刚性约束,对于西南民族区域红色文化的保护传承与开发利用,找到一条可持续发展的新路。
As a special subsection of Chinese red culture,“red culture in ethnic regions”has not been given much importance by academic circles during the first 20 years of the 21st century;this presents an academic shortcoming in Chinese red culture research and thus an academic bottleneck.The main reason why the lack of study of red culture in ethnic regions has become an academic shortcoming lies in the fact that“red culture in ethnic regions”(quyu or区域)and“red culture in ethnic areas”(diqu or地区)are two seemingly similar terms yet with different connotations.A red culture born in a particular ethnic community during the initial stages of the Chinese revolution should be called“red culture in an ethnic area”;equating this with“red culture in an ethnic region”will mix up the semantic attributions of both the different types of“culture”in“ethnic regions”and“ethnic areas.”The“red culture in ethnic areas”specifically refers to the historical phenomenon of red culture existing in specific ethnic cultures;however,“red culture in ethnic regions”is limited by the rules of regional culture theory.It might not be a single-ethnic compact area,but a multi-ethnic compact area,and is historically related to the cultural circle formed by other more complex regional cultures.The construction of the National Culture Park for the Long March in ethnic minority areas involves the understanding of red culture in a specific ethnic region,and the most important issue is how to confirm and define the regional red culture directly corresponding to it.It is also crucial to pinpoint the regional red culture connotation in the construction of the National Culture Park for the Long March in southwest China.A more scientific naming and connotation definition of southwest ethnic regional culture can refer to the concept of“Wuling Ethnic Region”proposed by Li Shaoming from the perspective of ethnology theory.“The main physical geographical scope of the Wuling Ethnic Region is the adjacent area of Hun
