摘要
森林航空消防具有快速、机动、灵活的空中优势。本文从森林航空消防力量扑救浙江省丽水市景宁畲族自治县“4.12”森林火灾案例出发,分析了地空配合中存在的问题,并提出确保地空协调一致、配合紧密,最大程度保护森林资源安全等解决对策,为今后重特大森林火灾扑救提供经验探索。
Aerial forest firefighting has the advantages of being fast,mobile and flexible in the air.In this paper,based on a case of fighting the"4.12"forest fire with an aerial forest fire brigade in Jingning She Autonomous County,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,an analysis was made on the existing problems in the ground and air cooperation.Targeted solutions were put forward including ensuring smooth and close ground-air coordination and cooperation and maximizing the security of forest resources,so as to provide practical experience for fighting major and disastrous forest fire in the future.
