摘要
高等学校的核心任务人才培养是一项长周期、复杂性的系统工程。要提高人才培养的质量,必须加强人才培养实践和理论研究。这既是我国进入社会主义新时代建设发展的强烈呼唤,也是以社会需求为主导方向的高等教育普及化阶段高校自身发展的内在需求。近几年来,在高等教育人才培养的研究和实践领域“素养”和“课程思政”成为最热的词,虽然这两个词对人才培养都有很强的指导意义,但二者支撑的角度各有侧重。该文通过分析人才培养、课程、教学、素养和课程思政的内涵,理清素养与课程、课程思政与教学之间的耦合关系,明确在融素养与课程思政耦合系统下,教师、学生、课程和环境的建设路径,从而支撑人才培养质量的提升。
The core task of colleges and universities is talent cultivating,which is a long-term and complex systematic project.To improve the quality of talent cultivating,we should strengthen the practical and theoretical research of talent cultivating.This is not only a strong call for the construction and development of China entering the new socialist era,but also the internal demand for the development of colleges and universities in the popularization stage of higher education dominated by social needs.In recent years,in the field of research and practice of talent cultivating in higher education,"Competences"and"ideological and political education in all courses"have become the hottest words.Although both words have strong guiding significance for talent cultivating,their supporting angles have their own emphases.This article clarifies the coupling relationship between"competences"and"curriculum",between"ideological and political education"and"teaching and studying"by analyzing the connotation of talent cultivation,curriculum,teaching and studying,competences,ideological and political education,and aims at clarifying the construction path of teachers,students,curriculum and environment under the coupling system of integration competences and ideological and political education in all courses so as to support the improvement of talent cultivating quality.
