基于多指标评价杜仲加工方法及其采收期的研究 被引量:2

Research on evaluating Eucommia ulmoides Oliv processing methods and harvesting period based on multiple indexes

摘要 目的 优选杜仲最佳产地加工方法及最佳采收时期。方法 采用高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法测定不同加工方法及不同采收期杜仲中松脂醇醇二葡萄糖苷、绿原酸、总黄酮3种指标性成分的含量,按《中国药典》的测定方法测定醇浸出物的含量。采用综合评分法,优选杜仲最佳产地加工方法及采收时期。结果 传统发汗60℃烘干法绿原酸、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量最高,传统发汗晒干法总黄酮含量最高,100℃烘干法浸出物含量最高,传统发汗60℃烘干法综合评分最高(0.7671);不同采收时期,各指标含量有显著差异,松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量在10月下旬含量最高,绿原酸含量在9月下旬达最大值,总黄酮含量在5月下旬达最大值,5~6月、8~10月综合评分较高。结论 不同产地加工方法及采收时期对杜仲活性成分含量均有影响,杜仲最佳产地加工方法为发汗后60℃烘干;最佳采收时期在6月份。 Objective To optimize processing method and optimal harvesting period for Eucommia ulmoides Oliv(EUO).Methods ultra-high performance(UPLC) liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometer were adopted to determine the content of three index components of pinoresinol diglucoside(PDG),chlorogenic acid(CA)and total flavonoids in EUO.in different processing methods and different harvest periods of different origins,and were determined according to the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" Method to determine the content of alcohol extract.Comprehensive scoring method was used to obtain the best processing method and the optimal harvesting period.Results Traditional sweat drying at 60℃ has the highest content of chlorogenic acid and pinoresinol diglucoside,traditional sweat drying with the highest total flavonoids content,100℃ drying method with the highest extract content,and traditional sweat drying at 60℃ drying method with the highest comprehensive score( 0.7671);The content of each index differed significantly between harvesting periods,with the highest content of PDG in late October,the highest content of chlorogenic acid in late September,the highest content of total flavonoids in late May,May to June,August to October,the overall score is higher.Conclusion The processing methods and harvesting periods of different origins have an impact on the content of active ingredients of EUO.The best processing method of EUO is drying at 60℃ after sweating;The best harvesting period is in June.
