路基深基坑支护结构变形特征与加固技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前使用的深基坑平面异形布置防护桩技术、复杂双排灌注桩加固技术受到连续墙变形影响,导致连续墙水平位移和桩身下沉深度与实测值不一致的问题,提出了路基深基坑支护结构变形特征与加固技术。通过构建的有限元模型选取测斜孔进行三维有限元分析,并由此构建三维有限元方程。将土体区域作为弹性约束区域,分析连续墙内力。充分考虑土体-地下连续墙-内支撑的共同作用,动态反映基坑变形规律,并计算支护结构中冠梁水平侧向刚度。通过槽壁加固、边皮加固,实现路基深基坑支护结构变形加固。分析结果可知,该技术连续墙水平位移与实测值存在的最大误差为1 mm,下沉深度与实测值存在的最大误差为0.03 m。 Aiming at the problem that the currently used deep foundation pit plane special-shaped arrangement protection pile technology and complex double-row castin-place pile reinforcement technology are affected by the deformation of the diaphragm wall,the horizontal displacement of the diaphragm wall and the subsidence depth of the pile body are inconsistent with the measured values.Deformation characteristics and reinforcement technology of deep foundation pit support structures.Through the constructed finite element model,the inclinometer hole is selected for 3D finite element analysis,and the 3D finite element equation is constructed from this.Taking the soil area as the elastic restraint area,the internal force of the diaphragm wall is analyzed.The joint action of the soil mass,the underground diaphragm wall and the inner support is fully considered,the deformation law of the foundation pit is dynamically reflected,and the horizontal lateral stiffness of the crown beam in the support structure is calculated.Through the reinforcement of the groove wall and the side skin,the deformation reinforcement of the supporting structure of the deep foundation pit of the subgrade is realized.From the test and analysis results,it can be seen that the maximum error between the horizontal displacement of the diaphragm wall and the measured value of this technology is 1 mm,and the maximum error between the subsidence depth and the measured value is 0.03 m.
