深基坑平面异形布置防护桩技术的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 桥梁工程常遇深基坑开挖,钻孔桩以刚度大、抗弯强度高、变形小的特点在深基坑防护中广泛应用。针对京沈客专京冀段潮白河特大桥(65+85+178+93)m矮塔斜拉桥142号主墩紧邻110kV高压电力线、线塔基础、高速公路路堤坡脚等复杂工况,对深基坑防护进行二次设计,将钻孔桩全封闭防护形式优化为平面敞口异形布置形式,改变了传统的桥梁桩基与基坑开挖的施工顺序,解决了净空不足无法进行旋挖成桩的难题,确保了线塔基础和高速公路路堤的安全、稳定,推进了深基坑支护技术进步。 Deep foundation excavation excavation is often encountered in bridge engineering.Bored piles are widely used in deep foundation excavation protection because of their high stiffness,high flexural strength and small deformation.Aiming at the complex conditions of Chaobai River Bridge(65+85+178+93)m low pylon cable-stayed bridge 142 main pier adjacent to 110 kV high-voltage power line,pylon foundation and embankment foot of Expressway in Beijing-Hebei section of Beijing-Shenzhen Passenger Dedicated Railway,the protection of deep foundation excavation is redesigned,and the fully enclosed protection form of bored pile is optimized to plane open special-shaped layout,which changes the construction sequence of traditional bridge pile foundation and foundation excavation excavation.In order to solve the problem of inadequate clearance for rotary excavation into piles,ensure the safety and stability of tower foundation and expressway embankment,and promote the technical progress of deep foundation excavation support.
