摘要
南翔财富中心将两个相邻地块统筹设计、统一建设,形成以双子塔为中心的商业办公综合体。文章通过总体策略、商业策略、建筑策略三方面分析了项目的设计过程和解决方案。设计创造的地标性建筑、多元的业态产品、开放性的街区不仅挖掘了地块的潜在价值,也为该区域确立了鲜明的城市形象,带动了周边街区的开发,激发了区域的空间活力。
Nanxiang Capital Center, which was planned an overall design and construction of two adjacent plots, forms a commercial &office complex centered on the Twin Towers. This paper analyzes the design process and performance of the project from three aspects:integration strategy, commerce strategy and architectural strategy.The landmark, diversified commercial products and open urban street activity space created by the design not only excavated the potential value of the plot, but also established a distinctive urban image for the region, driving the development of surrounding blocks and stimulating the spatial vitality of the region.
