摘要
三江口片区作为福州新区的重要组成部分,在高质量发展的战略引导下,对城市规划、建设和管理的方式方法做了新的探索和实践。建立多规合一、多专业协同、多层级编制的规划模式,以及土地成片征迁、年度项目库编制、工程专业联动的建设模式与现场协调、跟踪问效、联合审批的管理模式的“规建管”工作体系,绘就三江口片区经济发展新时代的美好蓝图。
Under the guidance of high quality development strategy, Sanjingkou district, an important part of Fuzhou, has made new exploration and practice on urban planning, construction and management. Establishing a planning model of multi-plan integration, multi-professional collaboration and multi-level compilation, a management model of land acquisition and relocation,annual project database compilation, and engineering specialty linkage, as well as the work system of “regulation, construction and management” of the management model for on-site coordination,tracking and performance tracking, and joint approval management jointly draws a beautiful blueprint for the economic development of Sanjiangkou district in the new era.
